Hira Byrne Paulin, M.Ed, CRC is a rehabilitation counselor. Her focus is on career and academic counseling for military affiliated populations with service-connected disabilities. She has worked with active duty military and veterans in state and federal vocational rehabilitation programs, providing transition from service seminars, and in post-secondary education as an instructor and disability counselor. She has worked with the Deaf and hard-of-hearing population in K-12 education.
