Self-Pace Video Captioning – Provided by the California Community Colleges Accessibility Center, this self-paced course will guide you through the process of creating captioning for online videos.
YouTube Captioning Instructions – YouTube will auto-generate captioning, or you can bring your own script to any video that is uploaded in the service. This is a great tool for short videos and is easy to use.

Zoom Cloud Recording and Auto-Captions – Zoom can be used to record a video to the cloud, and then provide an auto-generated transcript (using Otter.ai) that can be synced up and edited. It can then be shared online in various platforms.
CADET Captioning Tool – Provided for free by WGBH, CADET will produce high-quality captioning for online videos.
Otter.ai – Otter is an AI technology that will provide very good transcriptions of any recording or live presentation. The transcription can then be used to create captions for videos. It is free to try.
